Very quiet washer dryer and looks great too. I first tried the only setting that does washing and drying straight after, but it was going to take 13h, so we now do a wash setting and when completed we choose a dry setting so all together takes about 3 and a half hours.

Seems good quality for a cheaper machine. Works well but the spin is very very loud in my house, sounds like a plane is taking off. Shame it hasn’t got a gentle hand wash option. The “wardrobe dry” function on the dryer still seems damp when finished the cycle so I put it on twice so not very electric efficient. If can put up with all that then it’s not too bad.!

This may be an unfairly low rating, and my dissatisfaction with this machine may be down to my own lack of research.... I thought that the wash programmes had variable lengths, they do not. For example, an ECO or Cotton load takes 3 and half hours, a mixed load over 2 hours. I work full time and I cannot factor in to my life this many hours of washing, there is also not the option to put a timed start so I cannot put it to switch on in the middle of the night to be ready in the morning for example. As a washing machine it does exactly what it needs to do, it just takes 3 times longer that I would like! I think it would be incredibly helpful for manufacturers to put the length of each cycle clearly on their descriptions. This has been a very expensive mistake.

Avoid! All the programs take hours! A standard 40 wash to allow the full 8kg load takes nearly 3 and a half hours! All these really good reviews online and I’m sure it’s a great washer and I’ve no problems with it so far but who’s got 3 and a half hours per wash

I’m only 2 weeks into using the machine, so far so good, my last machine was over 12+ years old and so this has a bit more updated tech, not like connecting to your phone, but I didn’t want those gadgets a washing machine is to wash clothes not be on my phone, either way I’ve done 17 washes (I had a pile building as mine broke) from choosing the item online to delivery it took literally a few days, I would say maybe do a few smaller washes first with plenty of smellys because there was a very sterile (not bad) smell on the first maybe 2/3 washes but now my clothes are coming out fresh and smelling beautiful!! It’s a quick machine and soooo much quieter then my last one, my previous machine sounded like you was on the runway of Heathrow everytime it went into spin, also this machine doesn’t wobble all my kitchen to death so my kitchen wall won’t need re plastering any time soon, 10/10 so far ask me in 6 months if I still agree when I’ve managed to use all the functions, saying that I primarily only used 2 functions on my last machine

Very disappointed in this product. The motor and motherboard broke after only 18 months. Was waiting 2 weeks for Hisense engineer to come and look at my broken washer. Then waited another 2 weeks, still no nearer being mended. Demanded an exchange as still under warranty. Now the happy owner of a new Hoover washing machine. Excellent service from AO with exchange arrangements.

Outstanding washer/dryer machine - weighs the clothes within the program to allocate exact amount of time needed for drying cycle. Energy saver. Quiet. Efficient. Effective. Stylish with dryer style large black glass door - stops the sight of clothes tumbling.

I love it so far. It's not as quiet as I hoped but it is not too bad. I think the time of 11 hours 30 minutes is excessive for a cotton wash and dry. I won't be using that one! I would really love a proper instruction booklet. The loose pieces of paper supplied with the machine definitely do not help very much and more details are needed. However, the price was reasonably good and the machine looks very stylish.
