    Simply the best!

    5/5
Was a little nervous using for first time! Absolutely no need! Such a super intelligent machine. Weighing the wash! Calculating the time! Adjusting water levels! Adjusting comfort, wash liquid etc etc!! Just cannot believe how good this is, and at the grand old age of 73, I can tell you it’s simply the best! A bit like myself!!!!

    Cycle lengths too long

    3/5
Bought this to replace my samsung as it was cheaper to replace than fix - althought it's a decent machine and pretty quiet if I'd have known the cycle lengths I wouldn't have bought it.....11 hours for a wash and dry!!! 2 hours for a wash.....I don't have time for that!

    Avoid! lol no programs

    1/5
Avoid! All the programs take hours! A standard 40 wash to allow the full 8kg load takes nearly 3 and a half hours! All these really good reviews online and I’m sure it’s a great washer and I’ve no problems with it so far but who’s got 3 and a half hours per wash

A good machine, especially for the money. but...

    4/5
A very effective washer dryer. Does what it says on the tin. Doesn't mess around heating water, has a faster (1400) spin which leaves clothes mostly dry anyway, and has a 20C wash which is good for things which aren't visibly stained and just need freshening up. Its actually quite a bit shallower than the machine it replaced which is a good thing, but means the drum is shallower too. It is wider and taller to make up for this, but something to be aware of. My one and only complaint about this machine is that the door can be pulled on whilst the machine is running and it breaks the seal causing water to leak out for however long you hold it. ( again I suspect this is relate to the depth of the machine). In truth, this shouldn't be a problem and may actually be handy if there is an emergency where you need to remove water from the drum. However if you have kids, especially toddler age this could end up in a cleaning disaster!!! Overall a good machine for us!

    Good mostly

    4/5
Good points are that it is relatively quiet with an option for a 15 minute quick wash and a 30 minute dry cycle, however the majority of the cycles run for way too long (even with the auto sensor load adjustment the minimum appears to be 1hr 35). I'd also like to be able to see inside of the machine rather than have the darkened door but I accept this is a personal preference. On the whole I am pleased with the wash results and the refresh steam feature is useful too. Better instructions/advice on the power usage would be useful as what is provided is only for the 'standard' options, rather than what impact increasing the spin speed would have on for instance. Overall given the price point and results I am pleased with it.

Look for something with a manual.

    3/5
At best its OK. As expected it does wash and dry. but very annoyingly it comes with no manual and you can't find one online. so all the options around the selection knob are "use your own experience and intuition". The spin speed and wash temperature are not shown unless you press the relevant selection button. so you have no idea what each option's defaults are, 20deg 1400 spin, or 40deg 1000 spin? No idea. Click buttons until you select what you want on every use of the machine, a bit ridiculous, I'm sure if you use the machine a lot you will get used to whats what, but honestly who has the mental space to waste on washing machine program defaults specifics!! Also it doesn't have an internal light as shown in the photos, in fact ours has a black cover over the window, which was a bit disappointing. Wash and dry cycles are very very long. Eco wash 3hr 30mins. Cotton dry 3hr 40mins. Cotton wash and dry 11hrs 30mins???? When you pause the dry program you cannot open the door(unfortunatly I didn't try this on a wash). I can't stress how annoying this is, I have another dryer unit and the program tends to run even after drying, so I pause, check, and either abort or continue. not so with this. After waiting 5mins for the door to unlock. we selected a SPIN cycle (10mins) and after that the door unlocked. Also on COTTON DRY the face and selector knob get very hot. But. it is quiet, we put it on dry and I couldn't tell the drum was spinning. it also looks good in grey and black. And as always delivery was excellent and we paid for connection and disposal etc, well worth it. Wouldn't buy it again, and I even considered sending it back, but my mum doesn't want the fuss.

Terrible product doesn’t wash properly. Ours has leaked through the door and flooded our kitchen and now it’s broken again. Completely avoid !

    It's a washer and 'sort-of' dryer

    2/5
Honestly it isn't great. It washes the clothes just fine, but drying takes an eternity, and the clothes are never fully dry. I bought a washer dryer specifically so I wouldn't have to put laundry on the radiators or washing line - but I still have too half the time because they're still damp. 3 hours to dry a small load of laundry and the clothes still aren't dry is a travesty.
