Got an F17 error on the first time using the machine, was offered a replacement or fix by Hisense, but decided to switch brands having read much of the same repeated issues others are having. AO customer service was great to arrange an alternative.

The machine broke within two days of it being delivered. The door lock broke and the machine wouldn't work on any setting. Very disappointed with the machine. A replacement was offered, but I opted for a different brand washer/dryer, which I am happy with. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Just bought this machine thinking about drying the clothes in a good time. I am quite disappointed with the drying cycle. It will take 6-8 hours to completely dry which is quite frustrating. They should indicate this information on the website and only got to know when I received the product now I am planning to return which is going to cost me again. Very disappointed with the reply also Manufacturer. Stay away if you want to quickly dry clothes you will get disappointed.

I have had this for little over a year and have had the heating elemant faulty 3 times. I had it replaced on the 2nd time of failing and now had F17 error again on the replacement. The wash function works fine but drying takes in excess of 4hours for a full load (at dryers lowered capacity)

This is the worst avoid. Doesn’t clean clothes well. Loud. Tumble dryer function only works for tiny loads. But worst it kept breaking down. We had about 6 engineer call outs in a year of having this machine. Kept getting f17 and f3 error codes. The engineers from hisense were awful. Sometimes didn’t turn up or called sick on route to our house. After a month of not having a washing machine on the last break down with numerous cancelled call outs Hisense eventually agreed to replace it with a Samsung which we’remuch happier with. Please avoid this product. So much stress.

Dreadful machine, not fit for purpose, avoid at all costs. 30 minute wash is only for weight of .50g, quickest wash only programme is nearly 2 hours long. Didn’t dissolve liquid detergent on low heat setting which resulted in a full load of stained washing

Awful experience with this washer dryer, I had a replicant sent to me after the first machine stopped drying my clothes (F17 error code). Here I am approximately 3 months in using the replacement and the same problem occurs? I don’t overload my washer nor over use the drying side yet the heating element fails yet again! So disappointed to say the least.

Avoid this washer dryer! I've had issues with the dryer not drying clothes properly and having to run multiple 4-hour dryer cycles to dry a load of laundry, I then started getting an F17 error code for an overheating dryer. Hisense took over a month to send an engineer out to fix this. The repair lasted a few days until the fan inside started making loud vibrating noises. Then exactly 3 weeks after the repair the dryer has packed up again with an F17 error and I'm again unable to dry laundry. I have also had issues with the drum leaking which flooded my flat. Hisense sent an engineer over to refit the seal and it has been 'okay' since with it dribbling water out the front when on the spin cycle.
