Avoid this washer dryer! I've had issues with the dryer not drying clothes properly and having to run multiple 4-hour dryer cycles to dry a load of laundry, I then started getting an F17 error code for an overheating dryer. Hisense took over a month to send an engineer out to fix this. The repair lasted a few days until the fan inside started making loud vibrating noises. Then exactly 3 weeks after the repair the dryer has packed up again with an F17 error and I'm again unable to dry laundry. I have also had issues with the drum leaking which flooded my flat. Hisense sent an engineer over to refit the seal and it has been 'okay' since with it dribbling water out the front when on the spin cycle.

AVOID! Washer is damaging clothes. Dryer has had fault code F17 twice now. An engineer has been out twice to fix the dryer and replace parts within the drum. The machine is only 6 months old!

Avoid! All the programs take hours! A standard 40 wash to allow the full 8kg load takes nearly 3 and a half hours! All these really good reviews online and I’m sure it’s a great washer and I’ve no problems with it so far but who’s got 3 and a half hours per wash

Way too long programs! Program wash+dry takes 11h30mins, normal was is 2 hours, drying 3h... ridiculous. Also broke down after 10 days... don't waste your money!

Terrible product doesn’t wash properly. Ours has leaked through the door and flooded our kitchen and now it’s broken again. Completely avoid !

I had to return the Hisense 3 Series WDQA8014EVJMT Washer Dryer due to several persistent issues. After a wash cycle, the machine frequently failed to drain properly, leaving clothes wet. The drying function was even more disappointing; sometimes, items came out wetter than they were before the drying cycle began. Additionally, the timer was highly inaccurate—what was supposed to be a 10-minute spin and drain could stretch beyond 20 minutes, often without a proper countdown and with an abrupt end. Having owned several washing machines before, I've never encountered these kinds of problems. The drum also seemed unusually small for the advertised weight capacity, and it struggled particularly with towels, which were very difficult to spin and dry properly. On a positive note, the machine has a sleek and modern look, which initially appealed to me. However, the performance did not match its aesthetics. Regarding customer service, AO did send a Hisense engineer to assess the fault, but the visit was unsuccessful as the engineer refused to enter due to parking difficulties, which we had already warned about. Although AO offered compensation for a potential parking ticket, it felt misdirected as it should have been provided directly to the assessor, considering parking fines in our area are much higher. Overall, the performance issues were too significant to overlook, and we have since switched to a Hotpoint model, which has been much more reliable so far.

Looks good and wash cycle works great, however first time using dryer function (two days later) and had an error. Engineer will be attending but did not work as expected.

Very disappointed in this product. The motor and motherboard broke after only 18 months. Was waiting 2 weeks for Hisense engineer to come and look at my broken washer. Then waited another 2 weeks, still no nearer being mended. Demanded an exchange as still under warranty. Now the happy owner of a new Hoover washing machine. Excellent service from AO with exchange arrangements.
