    Faulty from new

    1/5
The dryer function didn’t work from new and brought up error codes. 2 weeks in and waiting on a second engineer to come out to try to fix it.

    Avoid this machine

    2/5
This machine worked ok for 7 months, but then started to flash f17 errors during the drying cycle. This seems to be such a common fault with these machines that Hisense's solution is to send an engineer with an f17 repair kit. The engineer called round today, replaced some parts and explained that the f17 fault is caused by a build-up of fluff in the dryer's air ducts. I asked him how I could avoid this. "You can't " was his reply. So the problem is fundamentally due to poor design. No doubt, the f17 problem will occur again. Also, as many other people have commented, the wash cycles are far too long. My advice- don't buy this machine.

    Do your research

    2/5
There is no where near enough options to wash a full 8kg load and the available options are all much too long. The only viable option is the 20c Wash cycle at 1hr & 50 minutes and even that is 35 minutes longer than my old machine. Technology is supposed to be improving and moving forward but this machine feels like a big step in the wrong direction. The only reason I scored it with 2 stars and not one is due to the quickness of the dryer but it gets too hot so the use of dryer sheets is pointless as they have no effect on your clothes in this machine. The dryer also stupidly takes in a little water before starting, "what mongoose thought that was a good idea"? I wish I had been better informed before making this purchase but the necessary information to make an informed decision was not available. At least this machine is quiet that's as positive as I can be about it. Try to research online as much as possible before you commit to a purchase I did try myself but I struggled to find the information and with so many to choose from its not a quick or easy task. GOOD LUCK GM

    Time consuming!

    2/5
Cycle times are horrendously long! Wash and dry cycle time is anywhere between 8 and 11.5 hours. You can't quick wash with a spin above 800 rpm, so your quick wash is a long dry. Somewhat defeating the point. The time it gives you when you press start is altered once it weighs your load. If you want something washed and dried in under 4 hours you have to run a quick wash followed by a spin cycle then a cotton dry cycle. The machine is trying to be smart. But it's frustratingly stupid.

    Very Long Wash Cycles

    2/5
This may be an unfairly low rating, and my dissatisfaction with this machine may be down to my own lack of research.... I thought that the wash programmes had variable lengths, they do not. For example, an ECO or Cotton load takes 3 and half hours, a mixed load over 2 hours. I work full time and I cannot factor in to my life this many hours of washing, there is also not the option to put a timed start so I cannot put it to switch on in the middle of the night to be ready in the morning for example. As a washing machine it does exactly what it needs to do, it just takes 3 times longer that I would like! I think it would be incredibly helpful for manufacturers to put the length of each cycle clearly on their descriptions. This has been a very expensive mistake.

Cycles are Super long (abt 3hrs). Quick 15 doesn't spin more than 800 so need another 10-12mins to spin the sloppy load. Guess all equals a d 'usual 20-30 wash... Not sure whether their selling point using less energy and therefor money is as nice as it sounds coz if having to do extra spins the electric used is increased again. When it washes it washes very well. Just be sure you can afford d long cycles whether in time or money. Steam fresh great function but overall sadly rather disappointed and considering returning it as stretched my budget hoping to get something that was worth it longterm-wise and probably made a mistake

    Really disappointed

    2/5
Really disappointed with this washer dryer. It has a setting for wash and dry which takes 11.5 hours. The other washes leave all clothes extremely creased and the options for just a dry also leave everything super creased unless you want a 4/6 hour cycle for a dry. All in all it’s just really disappointing on the time it takes alone.

    Don't recommend !

We bought this machine over a year ago and I still am not used to the strange settings ... for example the wash - dry takes 11 hours. There is no way to open the door when it is drying. The minimum drying setting is 3 hours. It's fine if you want to leave the machine on over night but otherwise I would buy a different machine!
