    It's a washer and 'sort-of' dryer

    2/5
Honestly it isn't great. It washes the clothes just fine, but drying takes an eternity, and the clothes are never fully dry. I bought a washer dryer specifically so I wouldn't have to put laundry on the radiators or washing line - but I still have too half the time because they're still damp. 3 hours to dry a small load of laundry and the clothes still aren't dry is a travesty.

It gave up after 6 months. I had a warranty exchange in the end. Due to bearing exploding.

    Machine was faulty

    2/5
The product might well be good and we’ll find out second time around but this is more a gripe about AO. We were sent a faulty machine which failed on day one. We then had to wait for it to be assessed by an engineer before a replacement was authorised. By the time the next one is delivered, we’ll have been without a washing machine for two weeks. To be fair, once it was assessed as faulty there was no hassle from AO in agreeing to supply a replacement. But that it taking a week and it has to be said that the process is very much on their terms.

There isn’t washing options and it doesn’t dry very well either. Ok for the price.

Washing machine looks lovely and the wash cycles work really well. The drying cycles are less effective, needing longer drying times than I'm used to.

Will never buy this brand again

Didn't like this 2 in 1 washing drying machine,11 hours for drying and washing cicle,is terrible and on the end all clothes was very wrinkly. Just using is as a washing mashine, and also not really happy with this product as 15 min. Wash even not making clothes wet properly. Never had this brand before and regretted that I'm buy it.

Quiet but not ideal for busy households

    3/5
The washing machine looks decent – nothing flashy, but it blends in well with a modern kitchen. It runs very quietly, which is a real bonus if you're in a flat or prefer not to hear the spin cycle rumbling through the house. However, the cycles are really long. That’s not necessarily a problem if you’re a couple, a young professional with time on your hands, or someone who’s home during the day. But if you’re a working parent with children and a mountain of laundry, it’s not the most practical choice. Even the so-called quick wash takes over an hour. A genuinely short cycle would make all the difference. Another downside is that it tends to leave clothes quite creased, even with light loads and lower spin settings. You’ll need to be ready to get the iron out more often than you might like. For some reason, this machine just doesn’t seem very gentle on fabrics. In short: it’s quiet and looks fine, but the long cycles and extra ironing make it a bit of a hassle for busy households.
