Good product and washing options.

Looks nice and neat, havent had any problems so far. Seen people complaining about noise it makes, but so far it's not as noisy as people say it is. Bosh washing machine in my previous apartment was more louder than this model. It does what it's designed for.

Great product although would prefer some quicker options for washing as minimum is 2 to 4 hours (other than the 15 minute speed wash). Looks great and installation was very quick.

Looks really sleek, much nicer on the eye than traditional 'white goods'. It's very quiet and energy efficient, has loads of presets but also customisable functionality for different temperatures, times and delays

Great washing machine, although times are longer for washing than used too. Also the dryer takes a long time, but think that is what happens with washer dryers. Looks great too. Delivery and installation seamless.

All ok with product but the only issue i have is that the cycles are way too long. There's a 15 min cycle and then the rest are 2 hours which is a bit of a pain but apart from that it's good.

There is no where near enough options to wash a full 8kg load and the available options are all much too long. The only viable option is the 20c Wash cycle at 1hr & 50 minutes and even that is 35 minutes longer than my old machine. Technology is supposed to be improving and moving forward but this machine feels like a big step in the wrong direction. The only reason I scored it with 2 stars and not one is due to the quickness of the dryer but it gets too hot so the use of dryer sheets is pointless as they have no effect on your clothes in this machine. The dryer also stupidly takes in a little water before starting, "what mongoose thought that was a good idea"? I wish I had been better informed before making this purchase but the necessary information to make an informed decision was not available. At least this machine is quiet that's as positive as I can be about it. Try to research online as much as possible before you commit to a purchase I did try myself but I struggled to find the information and with so many to choose from its not a quick or easy task.
