There are a lot of programs which I initially found confusing but once understood it IS easy to use. It washes well and is very quiet.

First time purchasing from Ao. Replaced a 7 year old beko, due to not spinning only noise. Therefore purchased a beko of similar colour. BEKO looks good, cleans well and clothes are almost dry. Only noise that stood out is when spinning speed is changing, like car changing a gear without the clutch fully down. Door locking mechanism is louder than old one. But overall machine is alot less noise during wash and cleans alot better. The Blue tooth app for this machine has alot of negative reviews, I not tried it as delivery guys made errors and also did not leave me manual. Downloads pdf of manual until one arrives though customers services. Four stars cause I not fully used its functions, early days. Will not deduct a star for noise mentioned, as this could be norm for any washing machine. Thank you

Super quiet and cleans clothes really well. Just be aware that this washing machine cannot use a liquid prewash detergent. I'm not sure if this is the case for all washing machines but learnt this after reading the manual for this one! It's got loads of different washes - haven't quite worked out how to do the steam function yet but this seems to be a steep learning curve for me, being the first washing machine I have ever owned!

It is a smart looking, easy to use washing machine. I fitted it myself which was easy and well explained on the instructions. It is a very quiet machine - we are delighted with it! I would definitely recommend it.

Very plastic and lightweight. I bought it for the 1600 spin but you can only use the spin at 1699 on one program. It doesn't allow you to choose the option on most settings.

Lots of programmes to select from from a long eco wash to a quickwash, and varying load sizes. Reasonably quiet, takes a large load and spin speed can be varied. Easy to operate and wide opening door. The filter is obvious on the front and easily accessible, rather than hidden leaving you to wonder where it is.
