Absolutely brilliant, im very pleased with my choice. Love the quick wash, very quiet and nice looking, there isn't anything I don't like! From the ordering process to delivery, connection and disposal...just brilliant.

Machine is quiet and in general cleans well. It looks quite good too. But, more than once, I've had to put washing through a rinse cycle after a main wash, because it hasn't got all the soap out, despite using the standard one liquitab. After a couple of months, machine started leaking water from the detergent drawer, down the front of the machine and also from a join below the detergent drawer. Beko sending a replacement drawer. I've tried using the machine with the phone app - it connected once, but I've not managed to get it to connect again, so have given up on that. If I could go back I probably wouldn't buy this model washing machine again.

Front panel different to the coloured plastics and clothes come out like cardboard despite fabric conditioner being used, waited day and emails to AO with only an auto response.

Nice product. The 8kg fits into the space my old 7kg went into. The spin speed of 1600 is only 100 rpm faster than my old one but makes a surprising amount of difference. There is a wide range of programs but it is possible to tailor these. I can’t judge the WiFi capability because I don’t use it, but see it could be useful. Quiet . Very pleased with it as an upgrade on my old machine and would recommend.

Forget the Bluetooth, it doesn't work at all, you'll find that out when you go to download the app! Very long programs unless you want a quick wash, then you're restricted on spin speed. Suspect the machine had been in an impact/dropped at some point. No visible external damage, but the transport bolts were all bent and I had to use a breaker bar to undo three of them! Dread to think what they screwed into looked like! Overall disappointing.

There are lots of programmes on a washing machine that I don't use but I always look for a short wash. On this machine, it lasts for 28 minutes but you then need to run another spin as the spin speed of the short wash is so low. The others last MUCH MUCH longer than indicated when you selected the programme - nearly 4 hours in the cottons case. Far too long if you have two or three loads waiting to go on afterwards... It's a shame because the machine looks nice and has easy to use controls. I know that long programmes are economical but not great if you have several loads. Instruction booklet gives the correct timings but I didn't see it until too late.
