Ok Machine and certainly notice the difference between the amount of washing it can handle and the 7kg one it replaced but the door mechanism failed after only 5 months. Getting the warranty repair sorted was a bit of a faff having to supply numerous pictures, proof or purchase and various ID numbers

The real downside of this product, which is otherwise great is that half of the programs are not accessible unless you use the app on a mobile device. This is completely ridiculous, if this were purchased by someone who did not own a smartphone or tablet it wouldn’t be fully functional. Not an inclusive product ??????

Nice washing machine, easy to use. No problems so far.

So far excellent and far quieter than expected, sports wash is great for mountain bike kit and a 15 minute quick wash is very handy. Also a very large drum given actual the size of the washing machine so some excellent space saving design/engineering there.

Excellent washing machine compared to our now dead 20 year old one. Takes about of getting use to with all the different options, but once you've got your ahead around, a very quiet and efficient machine. As for delivery, excellent and everything you'd expect

Excellent washing machine! Very quiet and takes a full load of washing. I especially like the automatic dispenser which has saved money on washing detergent.
