A bit noisier than I had expected but otherwise ok. Wash functions are all quite long, yet to find a happy medium on the settings.

Such a nice looking appliance and the tinted black door really sets it off. Very quiet during the wash, the 1400 spin is powerful and makes the expected noise, the extra spin is just 10 minutes which is quicker than any of my old machines. Lots of programs which you can set as favourites including a 15 minute quick wash and a great steam clean function for baby clothes and whites. You have complete control over temp and spin speed too for any custom programs you want to set. 10kg means you get a huge drum which means less loads and less expense which is great alongside it's great energy rating. Most importantly, it cleans the clothes brilliantly which is really what we bought it for after all.

It's a good washing machine, but based on the the online presentation and the glowing reviews, I think I expected more. It was initially quite loud and shaky on the max spin, but I eventually managed to solve that by placing a thick rubber mat beneath it and stuffing old rags between the machine and the kitchen worktop housing on either side of it. The other downside for me is the length of the cycles. My old machine could do a quick cycle in about half an hour, but this one takes 2-3 hours. It supposedly has a 15 minute quick cycle but you cannot put more than 1kg (if I'm not mistaken) of laundry in on that setting. The spin and drain cycle leaves the clothes a bit damper than my 14-year-old Beko. Don't get me wrong, it's a good and efficient machine, and washes the clothes really well and thoroughly, but I think my expectations might have been a bit too high after seeing the advertisement and the reviews. The price was very good, I caught it at a discount and plus have the AO membership which includes free delivery and recycling of old machine. I installed it myself easily, so I didn't have to pay extra for the installation. All in all - a decently good deal.

Super fast, eco friendly washing. Quiet once you have fitted the sound absorption panel. Easy to plumb, and lots of great programme options!
