Super quiet washing machine A******

Great product Lovely and quiet

Great looking machine, large drum and washed a duvet with ease. Energy efficient a very quiet. Only gripe, otherwise would be 5*, is spin speed is set for each program to maximise efficiency of wash and so far we have been unable to change the setting. This is ok for cottons and higher temperatures which have fast spin. However, wool wash spins at 800 and that's it. We've been used to being able to adjust the spin before pressing start and therefore spin at 1200. However, this quirk is easily remedied by finishing the selected wash, then choosing separate Spin cycle which allows you to select spin speed of you choice. Overall, much better wash experience than previous machine and highly recommended.

Huge drum, halved my washing time. Only negative is it turns off completely when finished and you wouldn’t know it had washing in. An end light would be good as the door is black so unable to see load inside

Very frustrating regarding attention to detail by the manufacturer. I decided to install myself as this should be a fairly simpletask. When it came to replacing and following the poor instructions, they said that the waste pipe at the back of the machine should be kept pipe in one of the side fixings. This meant the machine's waste pipe could not reach the waste connection under the sink. The waste pipe is simply not long enough to allow you to fit it either side of a sink - so if you are facing your machine your undersink waste connection needs to be near to the right hand side of the machine. Fortunately we were able to swap appliance positions, so I could install it on the other side of the sink after creating bigger gaps behind the unit to pass the additional water and waste pipes through. Once I did this I also had to then go to a DIY show to buy a pipe ring so I could securely attach the machine's waste pipe to the waste under the sink. The rubber end of the hose is not tapered like to old one I removed so this would have leaked had I not fitted this additional ring. The instructions for the washing cycles and options are pretty poor too.

Great size drum for bigger washes, very quite and a good selection of programmes.
