Good sized drum, 1400 rpm very useful. Used the option of modifying set programmes and made the 15min fast wash cycle a 40 degree wash with a 35 min cycle. If not sure how to modify a wash cycle, here are the details. Select wash cycle eg quick 15 which runs for 15 min. Press options button once, time will be extended to 20 mins Press temp button, temp will increase from 20 or 30 or 40. If on 40 degree wash cycle extends to 35 mins. Press favourite button saves configuration a little heart will be seen on display. To select favourite wash turn knob onto any wash cycle press favourite button then start button

Had this product just under 5 months when we noticed the door seal starting to crack and breakup! Contacted Hisense customer service with this issue including photos basically thier reply was to blame us for thus issue and passed us onto a seperate repair company who wanted to charge us £199 + vat to have the seal replaced!!! Absolutly discusted with how Hisense treat their customers this is the 2nd time I've had to deal with their customer service dept and on both occasions they passed the buck! Won't be ever buying a Hisense product again.

Washer machine delivered without water inlet hose and several other items. Contacted both AO and Hisense the same day as delivery and parts have been “sent out” several times. It’s been 25 days since the delivery of the washer machine and still no parts have arrived. Seems that either companies don’t care at all.

Absolutely shocking service from Hisense ! Waited 2 weeks for an engineer to come to find the problem then another 3 weeks for the parts to come and to be fixed ! So in total 5 weeks without washing machine ! I wouldn’t recommend it at all !

It is a lovely machine and the drum size is great, however, this machine is severely let down by two things: 1. Spin speed is 1400 and the clothes are still very damp when they come out and therefore take ages to dry unless you have a powerful dehumidifier or a tumble drier - only takes 52% of the water out - huge let down as most people dont have pace for a tumble drier and cant afford to run one these days either. 2. The wash cycles take hours! Ridiculously long wash cycles. Like over 3hrs! It does have a 15 minute wash cycle but then you can only place a very small light load in for that so no point having the 12kg drum size! I cannot understand why they dont have a 30 minute wash cycle that allows full capacity load and 1600 spin to rinse clothes properly - I had no idea when ordering that 1400 spin was that useless and left clothes so damp after rinse and spin.

I’ve found the washing machine easy to use. It seems very economical on my smart meter to use. My only problem with it is the choice of programmes. You’ve either got a 15 min 1kg option or the next one is 1hr 50 min full load. There’s no in between and can’t reduce the time of one or increase the time of another. I find this frustrating.

Awful machine has had faults since day 1. They sent someone out, he said it was probably my way We pressure. Had it checked and it’s not. Bought it June for much more and no wonder it’s on offer. Still flashing error codes and has been since day 1! A0 and Hisense have been no help at all!

No auto does in make it use so much more detergent and the 1400 spin leave it really wet still..always need to put it on again for another spin...not a great machine...save ya cash and buy a better one with at least auto dose and definitely not this machine
