Poor annoying design. Applied for a return. The detergent drawer is too short, access area is small. Detergent will spill when trying to pour into drawer, especially when the machine is pushed under kitchen worktop to be recess. Or you'll need to use a special shovel or funnel etc. The display design is wrong. While choosing programs with the knob it doesn't show the temperature and spin rpm, just the duration. For example I choose "cotton" and all it shows is 3 hours and 29 minutes. It doesn't show what default settings are for cotton. LCD display design is wrong, it has enough area but no fixed fields for temperature and spin. The programs are wrong. Default daily program should be 40 degrees 1000rpm and around 1 hours. There is no such program. You have to either choose the 15 minute fast program or one of the 3+ hours programs, or choose "sports" program and manually modify the temperature and spin. Poorly designed but well built machine.

I bought this machine a few weeks ago and it's much better than my old one. It's relatively quiet, looks good, has lots of programmes but I'm mainly using the quick wash. This has a default temperature of 20° which takes only 15 minutes, but you can change the temperature up to 30 or 40° which adds 5 or 10 minutes to the cycle. Spin on this cycle is only 800 so I then spin again at 1400 which takes another 12 minutes. Simple to operate if you're not tech minded {I am but my partner is not! ??} Other programmes are energy efficient but much slower {one of the settings takes over 4 hours!} It has a countdown timer so you can see how much time is left on the cycle. After every cycle you have to turn the dial to off again before doing another cycle or spin etc. You don't have to wait 1.5 mins after it ends to open the door. It also has a drum clean function If you're impatient and like a machine that works well, is quick and looks good I'd recommend it.

Not impressed .Can't use it, too many programs that are 1.5 hrs upwards, who has that time to wait around for it to finnish, doesn't give you the option to change the time on the programs. 15 mins wash only 800 spin, which means you have to do a separate spin for 10mins, which doesn't make sense. The user manual is useless. I Put softner in and couldn't smell on my washing when it came out. I'm afraid it will be going back or getting sold. My old machine just pushed and go easy

Only had this since last week..used it a few times only to find that .some of the programmes are too long..The 15 quick wash will only spin off at 800rpm . So needs another spin..My previous machine ..(an LG was brilliant for short washes)...Sorry I never bought another LG and paid a bit more..

Good A rated washing machine, some programs take longer, but more efficient, cleans well, dries well. Very pleased.

The quick wash is a great feature, but washing does tend to need an extra spin to get rid of excess water. It's shallow depth is also great for tight spaces

Despite it being an 8kg wash load, the drum is not as big as my previous machine and will not accommodate a double duvet like my last one did. Also the wash programs are so much longer. The soap drawer is hard to open and close and seems a bit flimsy. I’ve only used it a couple of times but it seems to wash well and the clothes come out not too wet so the spin function is better than my previous machine. It also looks good.

Lovely and quiet, but apart from the quick wash programme, the programmes for a mixed daily wash are way too long. Over 2 hours. My old Indesit did this kind of wash in 40 mins and the clothes were very clean So a bit disappointing. If you do 2 washes that nearly 5hrs of electricity usage, as opposed to my old machine which was 1 hrs 20 mins. So bit of a turkey this Hisense machine.
