Broken within 1st week !!!

Poor, broke down within 30 days!

Dreadful noise when filling with water - had to send it back!

Poor rinse clothes excessively wet compared to my last Bosch washer

takes up to 4 hours for a wash. 1400 spin is only on 9/15 programmes. its it makes all sorts of gargling noises. the door is fully tinted (not see through or lit up as shown in half the pics). very bog standard mediocre washing machine

Three of the pictures show the washer with a light on the inside which I thought was a cool feature - sadly there isn’t one it’s just a tinted door you can’t see into the washing with. It’s also advertised as a 1400 spin washer but only 60% of the programmes allow 1400. It also takes 3:40 (3 hours and 40 minutes) to do a basic cotton coloured 40 degree wash with 1400 spin. It also had drainage issues on the SECOND wash. Kept cycling round drain cycle over and over but there wasn’t a kink or anything in the drainage line so I don’t know what’s up with it but overall this is a proper hunk of junk and I wish my first three comments had been properly advertised otherwise I wouldn’t have bought this..

Beautiful looking machine. Very quiet but....... Programme times are very long some over 3 hours. Most normal cycles are about 2 hours which is double the length of time of previous machine. Quick 15 min wash only allows 1kg of washing. Has to wash one load twice to get stains out. Neither the AO or Hisense website gave a full breakdown of programmes and I had to literally manually check each programme time as not available anywhere. Very disappointed.

Small drum and a long wash at 30degrees leaves washing damp. Would not recommend and believe we made the wrong choice of machine.
