Worst machine we’ve had, we had it 6 months and had x5 visits from Hisense, it leaked for longer than it didn’t. We did get a full refund after contacting AO.com. AO.com went above and beyond to help.

Broken water inlet pipe. I contacted hisense 6 days ago and not yet got a replacement. Hisense said they would email me and nothing. My last purchase from this manufacturer

Do not buy these machines I have had 2 in a month first was the inlet valve for the water wouldn’t close 2nd was the door was faulty the customer service is non existent I’ve had 2 of their engineers out both have agreed the machines are faulty and should be returned but Hisense will try anything for this not to happen I now have to claim house insurance for my flooded kitchen and we are now in the process of fighting to get our money back

Not the best of washing machines to be honest. Wish we had not bought it really. It is a lot of faffing around to use certain programs unless you want to wait nearly 3 hours.

I bought this washing machine 6 months ago. It looks good, but that's just about it. Items like white t-shirts, bedsheets and napkins are still stained when they come out of the wash, even when using high temperatures. I have to wash white clothes at 60C at least and beddings even at 90C with steam. My mum has a 30 year old Candy machine and everything comes out spotless even at low temperatures. I really don't understand and I do not recommend this product. What's the point of having all sort of fancy functions if the appliance doesn't do what is supposed to do, i.e. wash the laundry properly?

Love the look of the machine. However it is very easy to set the dial to the wrong programme. The spin is also very noisy. Considering whether to return it
