The washing machine is very good as described by Hisense. AO should offer free delivery to be more customer friendly. Even if the free delivery slot is within a week. I believe AO is taking advantage of it's customers. The management must reconsider their decision to change people delivery charges.

Exceptional for the price. Smaller drum than other machines, but perfect for doing regular smaller loads. The time remaining display is very clear, and easily seen across a room. As the machine is not as deep, it can fit under a smaller countertop. Very quiet when balanced. Pump access is recessed and a bit of a pain if items end up in there. Wash-cycle spin isn't long enough, so you will find yourself using the additional spin once a wash ends. Great shallow space-saving machine for cold washes.

I am very pleased with my new washing machine so far. I have only used it 5 times. My only criticism is that the Quick mix on this machine only takes 1kg of clothes whereas my last machine took half a load and took 45 minutes. The closest to that with my new machine is Mix which takes nearly 2hours. I made a point of checking that the new machine had Quick mix but was unaware of the small load capacity on that setting.

Good product, various wash programmes & the indication panel is really good. It has an Allergenic programme, although I've not used it yet - could be useful if you have allergies etc. One downside (for me) is the "Rinse & Spin" programme, leaves the clothes quite damp - my other washing machine had the same function, which was great during winter when you can't hang them on the line & have them in the house - they dried within a few hours, otherwise a great product.

Great machine. Very quiet and compact. Only downside are that the programs are pretty long time wise.

Good machine over all. Just that it does not have a screen that displays now much time is left in a cycle before finish. Apart from that it has good options of short and long cycles.

An excellent machine: seems to work very well. Only criticism is that the 'eco' setting (which I would like to use) takes nearly four hours. Just too long if you have several loads to wash. Otherwise, so far no complaints.
