I'll be honest, it's nice to have a new machine but I don't like this much at all. It doesn't inform you of the temperature or spin on screen which I find odd and annoying. Also all the cycles are very long! Sorry hisense I dont like the machine. With my old machine I could choose what temperature and spin I wanted for each cycle, so much better.

Not a great washing machine for a big family that does lots of washing, cycles are too long and only a few of the cycles have 1400 spin, 1000 spin leaves clothes very wet and I am having to do an additional spin on top of cycle to get clothes dryer.

Ok for the 1st 2 weeks. But now become really really noisy !!!!!!

Machine looks brilliant but we have had to call an engineer with three days of having it ..as the spin cycle the noise is unbearable! Think we were unlucky with a faulty one

Nice looking machine and not noisy. The installation man was extremely nice and very helpful as the pipe was too short and he extended it for me. My only issue with the product is that the clothes can come out still very wet adding extra spins to the cycle setting doesn't seem to help unless you do an additional spin after the cycle is complete. Clothes are clean and smell nice other than needing the additional spin the machine seems to do the job well without making a lot of noise.

Washes great but has no quick wash option

Nice looking machine only problem is that the length of the programmes are way too long ,if you choose the only short wash you need to do a separate extra spin.If I had realised this I wouldn't of purchased.

The programmes are very very long. Nothing under 1hr 50minutes for a full load. Quite low noise on spin. Nice big drum size, can fit plenty in.
