Its a washing machine. It was a great value for what I paid. Cleans clothes. I thought having long wash cycles would be annoying but I dont actually notice.

Best Buy for money it quiet and that’s the job it should do

I would give this washer 3.5-4 stars… it is so much quieter than our old machine which is great, and looks really smart. It’s an eco-machine which means the cycles are really long! Even a ‘quick wash’ takes half an hour, plus another 10-12 minutes to give it an extra spin as it does spin to the maximum 1400rpm when on a quick wash. So overall it’s a good machine but if you need your clothes done in a hurry, maybe opt for a different machine!

It a great machine. Theres plenty of options of wash cycles and I love that each of them are customisable. The drum size is great for the washing needs of a small family. Its also really very quiet compared to our previous machine. Very happy with this purchase

DO NOT BUY unless you read this and can be bothered with the same problems i have had . I bought this and as soon as i switched it on it flooded my kitchen and had a F01 fault code flash on the digital display. I called AO who put me on to Hisence the manufacturer . The usual blame the customer nonsense started with its not been plumbed in properly . I had my plumber with 27 years experience come out and install a TEE piece which Hisence said was needed . Makes absolutely no difference whatsoever as i already knew . After 10 phonecalls to AO and Hisence they eventually agree to send an engineer out . Just to clarify i am well within my rights to refuse repair as a new appliance shouldnt need repairing anyway and its within 28 days of purchase . 2 weeks later yes a fortnight of no washing machine the engineer from Hisence comes out and tells me i NEED to go through with repair . I called AO and again was told no i can have it exchanged and to call them back within 24 hours of the engineer leaving . I am now at the end of my tether as i have quite clearly been sold a faulty appliance and have now had to take it up with Trading standards . ALSO just to add ive been out £140 now for a plumber to come out 3 times and to write a letter to both AO AND HISENCE explaining to them that the washing machine is faulty . As it stands im still stuck with a faulty washing machine which heres hoping AO arrange to be taken away ASAP and replaced with another that actually works . Just to add ive also been told from AO that there will be 10% deducted for replacement product which is unbelievable because the appliance has been used ...Yes its been used once when it flooded my property . Total nightmare from start to finish and the saga continues . Never again will i purchase from Ao.com .
