    Quiet cleaning

    5/5
Much quieter than the 10 yr plus model it replaced! Connectivity is of limited use for me but it washes well which is the real review criteria.

    Perfect washing machine

    5/5
Great buy for the price point. Best part is that you do not have to fill the liquid detergent and fabric conditioner each time. You fill it once and the machine decides how much to use for each wash depending upon the load. Also, the noise levels are very low, as well as the energy usage. Using it for almost a month and yet to discover a negative point.

    Great machine, easy to use

    5/5
Very impressed with how quiet this machine is and the i-Dos feature makes putting a wash on even easier. Using the i-Dos setting has cut our detergent and fabric softener usage.

    Excellent washing machine

    5/5
Excellent washing machine - yes, it’s expensive but quiet, energy efficient, massive range of programmes, Wi-Fi connected and hopefully like all our Bosch appliances will last many years and pay for itself - highly recommended !

    Common Sense

    4/5
This is a good product from Bosch that is respectably quiet and very easy to use and understand. People complain that you cannot do a quick 10 kg wash, and yes when its set to cottons, it states 3hr,39min but that will adjust after assessing the load, alternatively you can press speed perfect and the time will reduce down to 1hr 30 mins, but the machine will advise if you want a spotless wash, reduce the load to 5kg (but this is not set in stone) and it will not hurt the machine to keep the full 10kg load in the machine and wash on this setting. (for the most part, if you don't slop around in a mudpit all day long, this setting will wash 10kg perfectly) It has lots of features and downloadable programs, and is constantly evolving with updates OTA (We've had 5 already) Granted a lot of programs request lower load levels, but this is guidance to get the best results, and not a given. (it comes down to using common sense) and if you apply Common sense, then this machine will serve you very well for many years.

Not the dream machine we thought.

    2/5
Yeah I agree it’s super quiet, futuristic with loads of setting but the wash times are massively long. Almost 4 hour to do a normal wash. We put a hoodie in, found a 2 hour (ish) wash setting which returned us a not clean item and it was still soaking wet. Run it through the spin/drain setting and it still came out heavy with water. Maybe we still need to dig around in the settings, but for now not overly impressed.

Do not buy - very long wash cycle times

    1/5
It takes 3hrs and 37 mins to do a 10kg wash. There are only 2 cycles on the machine that take 10kgs loads - eco 40-60 or Cotton both take 3hrs36 mins or 3hr50 mins. All other cycles take considerably less load (reducing down to a 2kg Sports wash). The time can't be reduced on either of the 10kg cycles. It's nearly useless as a large family as we need to do multiple washes a day. I could not be more disappointed.
