Great basic washing machine which was easy to install. Good value for money. Only negative is the machine doesn't have a half load function which would have been beneficial.

Very happy with my new machine. It was the cheapest Bosch available on AO to replace my previous one that lasted about 20 years. I like the features I didn't have before - ie the ability to open the door to add a stray sock found after the cycle has started. Also to be able to set the finishing time of the cycle, which helps me take advantage of Economy 7. The only annoyance was the beeping which was preset at volume 3. It beeped when anything was pressed, and also it beeped continously at the end of each cycle until the dial was turned to Off or the door opened. The instructions in the manual were incorrect, and I spent about 6 hours online trying to find the solution. Here it is, in case anyone else like me is being driven beeping mad: With the door shut, turn the dial one click to the right. Hold down the Start button and turn the dial one more click to the right. The display will show the current volume from 0 (off) to 4 (loudest). Click the Finish In button to scroll through to choose the volume you want - or 0 for off! Then turn the dial back to Off. This for the Serie 2 machine. I hope it helps!

My bathroom fan is louder than this machine, sooo quiet, which I wanted as I live in a modern flat with little soundproofing. Advises how long the wash will take (miles quicker and quieter than anything I've known). Only reason for 4 not 5 stars is there isn't a 50 degree option - when you want a bit more than 50 but don't want to melt your clothing.

Always buy Bosch so I bought this Bosch washing machine to replace my 20 year old Bosch because the bearings were starting to go. This has the same short programmes as my last machine so if you don’t want to wash a full load, it’s great. I also like the button that halves the programme time. It’s so much quieter and the spin speed is excellent.

Good looking machine, easy to read display, quiet and efficient. Great choice of programmes and economical with electricity and cleaning product. Have not found anything I do not like. The clothes are cleaned well and the spin speed works well .

The product is easy to install and the easy to work out how to use. Has all the features we need as a busy family of 4 with lots of sports kit. We love Bosch washing machines - this is our second ( hopefully will be as reliable as our first)

I always have Bosch white goods in my kitchen as they are so reliable. My last washing machine lasted 20 years and was still going strong when we decided to buy our new one above. This new machine seems just as good as my previous one, so hopefully we'll keep this one for 20 years!!!

Initially unhappy as product stuck out further under kitchen counter than previous machine. We thought we had brought like for like so not happy. However it turned out product dimension on new product had increased so not a fault of fitters after all, it was our measurements that were out. They even came back next day to check to make sure we were happy, So no complaints regarding service or product, I just have to live with the slightly jutty out machine which in reality is no big deal and it is a great machine. Make sure you measure properly, is my advice. I didn't.
