This has replaced our previous Bosch machine after the old one gave up the ghost after 13 years. I am extremely happy with this model, it is quieter than my old machine, brilliant cleaning results and easy to use. I am not surprised it is highly recommend by Which.

Easy to follow instruction manual, clothes wonderfully clean, good energy efficiency, however some (but not all) wash cycles are quite lengthy.

Easy to programme, lots of options in each category. Quiet in use. 15 or 30 min washes available. Sufficient options for type of wash required. Neat looking machine. Third Bosch I've had, very pleased with this one. Like the free 5 year guarantee available.

Purchased this Bosch washing machine to replace my old Bosch that had lasted about 13 years. Hoping for a similar lifespan for this one. Looking at the build quality, I don't think I'll be disappointed. All the features that I need are still there, plus the drum size has more capacity than I had before. Reading previous reviews - there were a few comments on it's quietness. I'd say the spin cycle is still a bit noisy. Although the noise and balancing from the spinning itself seems to have improved in the new design, the drain pump is now part of the spin cycle and seems to cause the most noise. It's not terrible, but still not quite as quiet as I was expecting.

Excellent machine with outstanding washing performance and results. Delivery was quick and efficient, and the customer service was friendly and not pushy.

So far, so good. It is well made and quiet. It also came with a free extended 5 year warranty which I hope I do not need to use as al my other washing machines have lasted much longer than that.
