The dryer makes your clothes smell of a weird smell

We bought this one of the most expensive Series 8 washer dryer models just two months ago, so it’s practically brand new. Out of nowhere, it just stopped working. When we contacted Bosch customer service, we were told the earliest available time for a technician was two weeks away! For the price we paid, I would expect far better reliability and prompt support. We purchased all of our home appliances from Bosch, never again! This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’d recommend steering clear of Bosch products if you want quality and reliable service.

Good washing machine but be careful if you use the dryer. It automatically came on for 2 hours. Good job we noticed before it shrank everything in the washer. Soap dispenser very flimsy so you need to be careful when pulling it out and even more careful when putting it back. The filter cover at the bottom also flimsy so again just be careful when removing and putting it back. Washer quieter than our last one but by no means quiet. Best cycle we have used so far is the hygiene care plus. Put in two really creased dresses came out perfect as though they had been ironed.

Bought this to replace a cheap washer dryer that didn’t dry clothes properly. Well worth the extra cost, this machine is solidly built, quiet in operation and very easy to use. Have only needed to use the quick 45 minute wash and dry program so far and the wash comes out dry and increased. This is an amazing piece of kit, I can’t recommend it enough.

Amazing machine. Note it’s quite deep as the front panel extends out a bit. Allow 62cm depth minimum, and you’ll be fine.

Great machine. Quiet, efficient, wifi works easily. The iDos system is really convenient.

The machine is amazing. We're not using the automatic detergent dispenser feature as I fill it and then tells me it's empty again everything so I feel like it is adding way too much detergent. But all of the other features are so handy and make my life just a little bit easier and our clothes come out better! Some people are saying it doesn't 100% dry but honestly no washer dryer will unless you take the wet clothes out and let the drum dry before the dry cycle- it gets 95% dry I'd say which is a lot better than I've had before.

This machine is whisper quiet, so much so we keep checking it is actually working. The IDos function is excellent at keeping the usage of detergent and fabric conditioner in check, over dosing is a thing of the past. The remote app is useful too. Sturdily built and easy to operate. Plenty of programs to choose from. If there is one negative point it is that of the push mechanism to open and close the door, o would have preferred a handle on the door. That said, very pleased with it.
