Sorry to say that the build quality isn't what i was expecting, feels very plastic and a bit flimsy. yes it dries well but can take up to 3 hours for a King size duvet, sheet and pillow cases. My machine isn't that quiet either and has a very cloud click, almost a bang, mid way through the programme as it changes the cycle. Worst thing about it though is the door that can only be shut with a very firm hand and a very loud click/bang. At this price point i cant say i would recommend Bosch if I'm being honest

Due to rising energy prices, made the switch from a vented to a heat pump dryer. Happy with the switch. However, here are the main drawbacks: 1. Units tend to be deeper, so make sure you have enough space 2. Drying times can be longer (especially if ambient temp is cold) 3. Water collection draw requires regular emptying - to avoid this and if possible, I would definitely recommend plumbing in the included waste pipe 4. Big price premium over a vented dryer. Main takeaway is, if you're not put off by the above the longer term cost saving benefits are a no brainer.

We bought this to replace a Samsung heat pump dryer. Unfortunately with the Samsung model it required that you clean the heat exchanger fins very regularly and it was nigh on impossible to prevent a build up of felt/lint throughout the machine over time. The Bosch in the other hand has a self-cleaning function that you can run when it instructs you to. As for the drying itself - it is very quiet in operation and we are very happy with the features. The delivery experience with AO was very smooth too.

It’s ok but not worth the cost. Takes so long & is noisy for first 10 minutes. Looks lovely in the black I must admit.

Stylish, functional and full of great features. Replaced a previous Bosch condensing tumble dryer and his is much more efficient. Paired it with the matching washing machine, bought a stacking kit directly from Bosch, and good to go.

5 Stars - An Excellent Tumble Dryer! I recently purchased the Bosch Series 6 WQG245R9GB 9Kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer, and I am thoroughly impressed. It’s incredibly energy-efficient thanks to the heat pump technology, which has already noticeably reduced our electricity consumption compared to the previous machine. The 9kg capacity is perfect for larger loads, making laundry days much easier and quicker. The range of drying programs is fantastic – whether it's delicates, towels, or mixed fabrics, it handles everything with care. It’s also much quieter than other dryers I’ve used, which is a huge bonus. Overall, it's a reliable, high-performing dryer that delivers great results every time. Highly recommended!

Great item instead of two lots of drying one full load with room to spare , quilt no problems at all , very quiet and cheap on energy. Would advise anybody go a bit more in cost as its worth it in the end from a great name .
