I like the dryer and went for a 9kg load size. My only issue is that each drying programme has a different weight limit. The dryer flashes up with the correct weight limit for the programme, but I don't know what my load weighs. On a couple of occasions the programme finishes but my clothes are not dry.

Considering what I’ve read about heat pump dryers, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how quickly this can dry. On the cotton setting, a full set of bedding takes around an hour which, coming from a washer dryer, I consider to be very quick. Thicker items like towels obviously take longer and I’ve found it helps to not mix items of differing thicknesses in one load. Other than that, it can handle a substantial amount of laundry in one go. The cycles always start out quoting 3 or 4 hours, but usually end up taking less than half this time. My only gripe is that the timed setting often doesn’t heat up within 40 mins, however this may be because I often try to dry only a couple of items on this setting. On full loads the machine appears to gather heat faster, so I assume this is an inevitable part of the mechanics. It also appears to struggle with down items and doesn’t sense the moisture in them very effectively, leading to it finishing the cycle before they’ve dried or been fluffed up. I consider these to be minor gripes though and overall I’m very satisfied with the dryer.

Excellent product. The tumble dryer has both a waste water pipe and the usual water container that needs to be emptied, so it's very versatile. I wish I had bought this tumble dryer first, will definitely recommend it to my parents who always have issues with their dryer.

It certainly is good to know that my electricity costs will reduce using the new heat pump technology. However, be prepared for longer cycles and the feeling that loads are perhaps not fully dried (but likely dried enough). However, overall an efficient and quite machine. Looking forward to the benefits of the electricity savings.

Excellent machine! Works perfectly, very quiet and absorbs the moisture of the clothes without any humidity being omitted into the room.

Just excellent. We’ve only had it a few days, but it seems to perform extremely well. Aesthetics are good and of course it’s a manufacturer with a fantastic reputation. I chose this machine especially because it has a self cleaning condenser – I have had a similar machine for sometime that requires lying on the floor for 20 minutes once a month to clean the condenser out. This is really important for these Heat Pump dryers to work effectively.

Nice machine. Minimal noise and gets the job done. Also looks great in graphite.
