Great machine, good wash, easy to use but WiFi doesn’t reach machine by back door so can’t start remotely. Likely this is the wifi not the washing machine. Started to feel about it as I do the printer and it’s endless nonsense then gave up and am just going to use it like the old one, with the ‘go’ button. Probably should be a five star really.

Brilliant- quiet, efficient and options for washing powder are excellent

Replaced a Miele machine that was over 20 years old so have high expectations of this model. There are a wide range of programs and seems simple to use. The time delay feature is very useful allowing you to take advantage of cheaper overnight electricity. Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky but once connected seems to working well allowing you to check on the progress of the wash and start machine remotely.

I am very pleased with this washing machine. My last one was a Miele and lasted 14 years. I like the mobile app and the Two dos. It makes washing very easy and convenient. The combination of programmes and the ability to choose your own settings makes it very versatile. Looking forward to many years of service.

Early days but really like the machine. Quiet and the wash liquid smells really nice. If it lasts as long as my old machine (22 years) I will be very happy!

After having my previous Miele washing for nearly 20 years I was hoping this new one would be just as good. Well I was not disappointed this machine is fabulous and I love the new twin dos detergent dispensing system. The detergent gets my laundry spotless and I have just received a further 5 free detergent pods direct from Miele. It is well worth the investment for a Miele product.

This washing machine is brilliant it's really quiet and our clothes come out clean!

Not had it very long but very happy so far. Will be interesting to see how long the washing liquid lasts. Had a Miele before which lasted years and years so no brainer that I’d have another one.
