Nice and quiet. Easy to use and simple design. No faults or issues. Love the twin dos system it’s great and makes it even quicker to get through washing. We bought Miele as invested in a Miele tumble dryer 3 years ago and when our old washer packed up seemed like the best option. Can’t fault it and would highly recommend

Love my new machine, quiet, efficient and love that I don’t have to keep adding washing liquid/powder. I thought my last Miele machine was good (14 years older) but this one is another step up.

Got this as a replacement to a Bosch whose bearings went after 7 years of hard use. Hear great things about the longevity of Miele machines - so here's hoping. Picked this model for the 1600 spin speed and 9kg capacity. Clothes come out pretty dry - so air drying is not an issue. Machine itself is nice and quiet (once you figure out how to switch off the annoying 'I'm finished' bell). Huge manual with loads of options - but really will be mostly using the Cottons setting. Initially it says 2h30ish, after a little churning it normally drops to 1h30ish (presumably smaller loads). For me - this is just fine. It has Wifi - but really what's the point? Why not 5 stars? - the door hinge is on the Right - no other option for Miele machines (apparently it is so that you can have your tumble drier side be side - but given you can swap a hinge on a drier, but not a washing machine - I think they have it all wrong). My machines is in the left corner of the room - so the ergonomics don't work (lots of reaching over the door to get at the clothes).

So far so good. Great Washing performance and TwinDos is impressive. Little disappointed this model didn’t have a drum light despite being told my Miele that this model was comparable to the WEI865 on their website with the only difference being the door design. However, I’m sure I’ll get over it!

Really good Washing Machine, very sturdy, lots of features and tech.

Love it. Having had my last Miele for 21Years with no issue, it was a no brainier to replace with the same make. I read all the reviews and thought, how can the wash be cleaner than I’m already getting?…you can! It’s amazing. It’s quiet, but my last one was. The drum is HUGE! I thought it wouldn’t make much difference but I can get a super king duvet 2 single fitted sheets (6ft electric bed) 4 pillowcases and then some..it’s amazing, plus it’s washed beautifully and not screwed up or squashed in. The mobile start and phone app I thought would be a bit of a gimmick but this too is excellent. Just go for it if you’re unsure as you won’t regret it.

Simply the best. Old washing machine had served its time and I wanted something that I had faith in lasting and needed me to remember as little as possible. With the auto-dosing system and simple programmes it is the perfect fit for me!
