Very quiet machine, and seems really good, with many programs for drying. It dries perfectly well and senses when to stop. It can also be plumbed in to remove the necessity to empty the water drawer. We have only had this machine for three weeks now, and so the longevity is as yet unknown however, it joins a series 4 washing machine (which itself replaced a 11 year old Bosch washing machine, and which in turn replaced a 17 year old machine), and so our expectations are high! It is a generalisation that German machines last longer than others however, I can state that has definitely been the case in our experience. Certainly this tumble dryer replaces a British machine (almost managed three years before death), and a Hotpoint before that (which broke down after only 5 months, and only lasted a staggering total of 13 months before being scrapped!). We had a Siemens prior to that which was ancient and refused to die and so supports the generalisation. In summary, a great machine from which we look forward to many years of service.

Bought to replace a 15 year Bosch vented tumble drier which was beyond repair. Slightly disappointed to discover Bosch no longer produce vented driers but understand the new machines are more energy efficient so went ahead with a heat pump appliance. So far this new heat pump model has performed well. Reasonably quiet, lots of settings for various types of fabrics and dries clothes efficiently. I haven’t identified any downsides so far and if it lasts as long as our last Bosch it will be great value for money.

Very pleased with our new Bosch dryer. Took a while to get to grips with the various programs after our 15 year old one setting with a timer. I’m very impressed with the moisture sensor. No more over drying clothes to a crisp! Certainly a big win on the energy usage.

Easy to use the sensor settings but you do need to work out which ones are best for your washing with a bit of trial and error. There is also an alternative timed setting if you don't want to rely on the sensor. We used to have a vented machine and were a bit reluctant to have to keep emptying a water tray, so the drainage option on this Bosch is great. Very quiet too, especially after our vented machine, and the washing feels softer as the heat is far more gentle. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with this dryer. Miles apart from a previous Candy heat pump machine we had and kept going wrong. Very fast drying, quiet and easy to maintain (remove fluff, empty water etc.). Should have trusted Bosch from the start, very happy with my choice.

I really like this tumble dryer, it was easy to install I put the pipe outside so not to use draw. It uses less electricity than my old one.it is not to noisy. Delivery was good the delivery men were polite and respectful. Would recommend.

Delighted with this tumble dryer. It is spacious and efficient, easy to operate. I have used the connector for any waste water to drain into the washing machine water outlet so not necessary to empty the condenser drawer. The clothes do not tangle up while drying , towels get a soft finish, a good result. It is not a noisy machine which is good if you are having a conversation nearby or listening to the radio. This is an excellent tumble dryer. It doesn’t heat up to a super hot heat immediately like much older tumble dryers so takes a little longer to dry but hopefully this means it’s more economical and won’t shrink things. However it does have a super quick cycle that will dry things very quickly if you prefer. It is extremely easy to use and looks great!
