We bought this washing machine on it green credentials and it being quiet. Having installed it we have found that the rear feet adjustable from the front of the machine do not work and more in conveniently the recess where the kitchen plinth sits does not go as far back as on our old machine, meaning that I am now going to have to cut the plinth either side of the Beko washing machine, so it fits to the existing cupboard supports and fit a piece across the front of the Beko washing machine. It's not perfect, cannot move the washing machine any further back as then the integrated door would be to far back and not in line with the other cupboard doors. So if you are thinking of buying a new washing machine you need to check the plinth position of your old machine against the new one. Otherwise you will have the same problem that we have had.

Disappointed with this washing machine, programmes are all very long, you have to keep selecting fast+ to reduce the time. 1400 spin only available on a couple of programmes. Not as quiet as I was expecting.

I've unfortunately had nothing but issues with this product. First it was leaking from the hose, then the door wouldn't open and the programme wouldn't start, then once the lock was replaced, it started to leak from the door. The best feature about this machine is the WiFi and ability to change the duration of the wash cycle, but it's not a must and I've now gone for another brand. Ao.com were great throughout though which was really helpful.

Really nice nice and looks great

Love our new washing machine- very easy to understand and good selection of programmes. I like the fact you can reduce the time on them for less soiled washing. Looks smart, nice big drum - no complaints!

Only had it a week but so far so good. Very quiet indeed. The programs are difficult to understand and like most people we like to keep it simple so the shortest wash which is 28 mins is what we use. That said it always takes about 10 to 15 minutes longer. Yesterday the time remaining went to 1 min then jumped to 6. Is it AI telling me the program is too short?

VERY quiet machine. Super sized drum and opening. Washes really well and reasonably. 10 year guarantee a bonus

This is generally a decent washing machine, we needed the largest drum size possible that could still fit into a cupboard in an open plan kitchen, this fits the bill. Positives: - - The drum size is decent and can fit a lot in for an integrated washing machine. - There are a decent number of programs, I have like most people only used the fast wash so far which is really good, you can adjust the temperature, spin speed etc separately, and the fastest spin 1400 will work on the quick wash. Some Beko models the fastest spin doesn’t work on the quick wash, it’s restricted to 1200, this model does allow the 1400 spin to be used with the quick wash which is great. There’s also a button to shorten the wash to a super-fast 15min (It’s more like 25min in reality) still useful though if you need an item of clothing fast. - You can add clothes to the wash when the lock sign goes off (when the water line is below the door), I’ve not tried this but apparently it is a feature. - There’s a clear door so you can see if you’ve accidentally put a pink sock in with your whites! Negatives - It is noisier than I anticipated, this machine replaced a 15-year-old Beko washer which was pretty noisy (but just kept going), this one is actually noisier when filling and spinning, it is quieter when washing though, you barely notice it on mid cycle. - Like many washing machines the countdown timer lies, the fast wash which is 28 minutes on the clock is more like 39 minutes. - The spin is only 1400 which in my opinion isn’t fast enough for towels, I did know it was only 1400 before purchasing though, there is a 15min spin cycle so I put towels on for an extra spin, a little annoying but I can still do a full load of towels in just under an hour. We haven’t used the app to connect to our phones and we are yet to fit a door to the front so can’t comment that. I was a little disappointed with the noise and spin for the first couple of days, but I’ve got used to it now and think we made the right decision choosing a reliable brand over a fancier model by a less known brand. Only time will tell how long it lasts being used by a family of 5 with 3 young children.
