The washing machine cleans your clothes well and the quick wash function is quite quick. However the spin on the machine sounds like an airplane is taking off in your home. It is not a quiet machine at all! Shakes down the whole house.

Broke down within 3 weeks of purchase. Required warranty call out to rectify fault.

Broke 1 month out of warranty. Used 5 times in that period. Not happy

Not a great machine. Clothes come out soaking even on 1400 spin. Door seal faulty fills with water as drain holes are too high would avoid and buy another model. Sent back.

The washing machine worked well for the first 6 Months then started getting stuck on the spin cycle. It's now not working and I'm looking to get an engineer out under guarantee to fix: Not an easy task!

Door has cracked where the screw hinge attaches so assume stress … no help from AO as its 4 months old and BEKO say is £55 call out if they find its malicious - yep honestly their words not mine. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’ve just made my last ever purchase from you

AWFUL - It leaked a small puddle of water the second time I used it. 10 days after getting it, it stopped working altogether. Trying to contact BEKO was not a good experience either. You can’t do it online & calling them can cost you up to 55p a minute. I was on the phone 15 minutes before I got to speak with anyone and was on the phone for 30 minutes & still had to phone them back. Not impressed with the machine or the customer service. Will not buy another Beko product.

Looked perfect for my family as we are a family of 5 so the drum being a 10kg was brilliant. Worked fine for the first wash then started making so much noise that I’ve had to call an engineer out as something clearly isn’t right.
