Hate it, really regret as can only select their defined programmes which leave not cupboard dry at all. If you put it back on it shuts off after 5 minutes as thinks washing is dry. I have gone through manual, done all it says to do but still have a problem. I want to put it on for another 15 - 20 minutes but I can't.

Takes too long to dry anything. At least 2.5 hrs compared to my old one which was vented and only took 1 hour. 3.5 hours to dry 5 hand towels. Regret buying it and will avoid using it. Expensive ornament!

The product specification is fundamentally flawed. The dimensions given for the depth of the machine do not take account of the 5cm protruding door. Hence if being installed under a workspace there is a strong likelihood that it will not fit; ours did not!

Not for me. Doesn't dry the clothes unless you have a very full load. It's probably aimed at large families not 2 people. Takes at least 4 hours to dry and noisy.

Have always had a vented machine before. This one tends to get hot all round and the clothes don’t feel completely dry at the end.

This machine isn't quite you get a fair amount of noise from the air intake fan which is disappointing. The sounds feel like the fan rubbing (plastic on plastic) its pitch compared to the sound of the drum is very annoying. So we called out a bosch engineer thinking maybe we got a dud but he said this was a normal sound. If bosch had put a baffel on the intake the machine would have been far quieter. As it theres a direct sound path from the fan to out side the machine. We just resolved to keep the utility door close.

This is an OK product but for the price definitely nothing special. I wouldn't have another one. It doesn't get as hot as our previous one plus takes longer to dry clothes.

Still figuring this machine out. Trying different cycles make sure clothes drying. Right now but keen. Mother preferred her old tumble dryer. Should've went for cheap dryer
