It is quiet and the styling is spot on. The extra hatch for adding bits without opening the door is awesome. It's "face" is big and bulky but it is an attractive design. The controls are touch sensitive and super easy to operate. But they are sensitive ... I managed to switch it on by mistake by brushing past it with my butt! That's how sensitive it is. The little tune it plays when it finishes washing I can imagine will become annoying but I imagine this can be turned off.

This is my second Samsung washer this one is better though really quiet machine when on lots of setting and the add to wash feature is great it's a win win from me

Have already used delicate, wool and sports wash as well as cotton. Stains really come clean and it’s very quiet on spin cycle. Delicates unharmed. Fab machine.

Had a similar model for 8 years and wanted and needed a newer model. Can't fault any part of it. Quieter, faster, energy efficient and better features. Also keeps my 7 month old Granddaughter amused with its display and end tune what more can you ask for.

Things that I like about the machine; 1) Large capacity 2) Good energy rating 3) Being able to control it using you phone 4) Its quiet

Lovely looking machine. Quiet and spins practically dry. No half load option or rinse hold but can delay the timer. Love it.

So far I’ve used the quick wash programmes as I’ve been doing small amounts regularly. The clothes are clean. I like the machine it looks great and modern. There no products stuck in the drawer after a cycle even doing quick washes. So far I’m really pleased.
