It was fabulous for two days - and since then it has been hell on earth. It hasn't been working well since day two - which was a week and a half ago. And nobody will do anything about it! ie Samsung and AO. I don't know if it's the particular machine - or this particular model. But I would not suggest buying it

I’ve had the washing machine a week and already having to change it due to issues with loads taking twice as ok g to complete than what the machine display told us. Also the machine came with a wonky filter door and Samsung told me they don’t stock the part! AO have been brilliant though and have done everything possible to resolve the issues. I can’t fault them at all so I would recommend anyone to buy from them. Be careful with Samsung though as their customer service is garbage and advisors don’t understand their own products.

Fantastic machine only down point is no 50° wash. Nice touch the little door to add in something extra you've missed.

Fast and efficient. Quiet too. Clothing very clean. Like the ease of programme selection with detailed readouts on types of clothes for each programme. Also like auto washer and conditioner selection where I just have to top up the tanks every couple of weeks. Have also used the add an item door a couple of times.

Well honestly purchased this washing machine out of need...more expensive than the last brand I bought. which gave me nothing but grief from the get go.....but the old adage you get what you pay for...this Samsung washing machine is top notch many programmes to choose from my washing is noticeably super clean especially my whites.. and smell so clean and fresh...and very quiet and doesn't disco dance from under the countertop...due to calibration process before you use machine . Bought one for my daughter too!! She loves it. Easy to use even for an oldie like me!!!! Very pleased with my Samsung !!!

Great washing machine, love the add wash device as forever forgetting to put things in. It is expensive yes but it looks expensive, it is unbelievably quiet and the auto dosing is great and the clothes come out smelling lovely every time. Great product

A great machine. Lovely and quiet even on the spin. Spin cycle very efficient, laundry much drier than our old machine on same spin setting. Has a reservoir for detergent and will automatically add correct amount for the size of load & programme - just put in settings for water hardness etc. Just fill it up and forget about it - we are going through much less detergent! Will tell you when machine needs cleaned and has a programme for that too - and you don’t need to add a cleaner. Wide range of programmes . Only issue was the lack of a proper instruction book (the one page sheet was very poor) but managed to locate and download on internet - you will need this to work out how to work the machine. Apparently can also control from an app on your phone - not sure why you would want to since the app won’t load the machine...

Love the product! Pros - add wash - auto dose (and you can adjust this) - links to your phone and tumble drier (tumble will suggest drying function based on washing machine cycle) - lots of different washes and features - learns your most frequently used cycles and lists them accordingly, making them quicker to find. - cleans clothes really well Cons - non yet although I am cautious about the detergent drawer, it’s a bit difficult to open and feel it could break easily and the longevity of the touch screen.
