Great washing machine. So simple to use with auto dose. Add wash is a must have and the machine is SO quiet.

Great washer, easy to use but with plenty of quality features.

My previous Samsung made it to fifteen years despite very heavy use and being subjected to endless dog and horse hair. So This one had a tough act to follow. We love the new features and it is very energy efficient quiet and fast. You can even start it via your phone app (if you are ever so inclined). The auto detergent and softener dispenser is a nice touch too. Love it.

The washer itself is fine. I do not recommend purchasing it from AO, however. I was told multiple times that they would be able to stack my purchased washer and matching dryer - only to find out that this was not the case during delivery. Seemingly lied to make a sale and this was such a huge inconvenience.

Really pleased so far with the machine. The smart capabilities are actually better than expected, it's really handy to schedule the washing machine to run at night as we have a night tariff. Compared to our old machine, this one is so much more quiet on full spin, so that helps as well with the nightly washing runs.
