Great machine, love the app feature to help know which wash to put your clothes on. Quieter than our previous machine and holds so much more. We also have great service from the aftercare team to help solve a problem I ran into.

It takes a big load, but some of the cycles seem to take much longer than billed. This never happened with the Samsung Ecobubble I had before. Also the feet on it are lower quality and harder to move when needed. On the whole it seems fine, just not as good as the EcoBubble.

Excellent washing machine from Samsung. Very quiet and efficient and produces great result with washing.

Only had my new washing machine for a week but happy with performance so far. Instruction booklet quite basic . My previous Bosch machines had more detailed instruction booklets. Despite registering guarantee with Samsung online I have had no confirmation of extended 5 year guarantee. I would have expected an email confirmation.

Seems good so far although I had to look up what the different programmes were on the internet as the instruction manual wasn't very helpful. Very quiet.

Only used it a few times but does what it should do so far. Quietest washing machine I have owned.

It seems very quiet compared to the old machine. Notifications through Smart Things is also quite useful.
