Good quality washing machine for price paid.

Great washing machine for the price. Intuitive to use and the 11KG drum holds a nice big load and gets the clothes lovely and clean! Highly recommend.

Really great machine and particularly impressed with the bubble soak function, stained whites came out gleaming without the need to pre soak as with my old machine. Quite like the low noise level of this machine too as my office is close by. I have other Samsung white goods, reliability of those has been great hence choosing this brand again, hopefully this machine keeps that up.

I have had Samsung washing machines for about 15 years and this is shockingly poor. The door once opened when it should have been locked as the cycle was starting. Door not secure to frame properly when shut. It keeps coming unbalanced even though Samsung have been out to it. It's so noisy. I think I have a dud but Samsung are very poor to deal with and this experience with them has been very disappointing. I'm sure they will eventually be able to sort it out but I have lost patience with them, their people read off scripts instead of applying common sense. I sent a video into them last week and they still haven't been in touch, it sounds like an airplane taking off

Can control from phone which is useful, lots of different cycle options with various times. Found the spin only cycle as others had complained there wasn’t one but there is through the phone!

Made up with it. Had a similar machine before lasted years . This one is great a bit quieter

Such an easy washing machine to use and cleans clothes perfect every time! It’s my 2nd Samsung, would highly recommend
