Haven't had the machine for very long, however, it seems like quite a good machine, much more energy and water efficient than my previous (Candy) model. Clothes come out much cleaner and the 1200 spin (I seldom use max 1400RPM) is more than enough for wringing out my clothes. Also the little tune it plays when turning on, finishing the cycle and turning off the machine, is quite endearing.

It took a little while to get used to (it is very, very different to the Beko it replaced), but since I worked out what made the machine happy it seems to be working fine. However, Samsung's user manual leaves a lot to be desired - so much basic information regarding day-to-day usage is missing (I assume their thinking is "everybody knows how to use a washing machine", but I've noticed very significant operational differences between my new and old one). In addition, some of the washing machine's features can only be accessed via the mobile app.

Really pleased with the samsung washing machine. Very quiet and fantastic wash.

Large drum, cleans well, I find the screen difficult to see as it’s digital. Also the programs are long. I miss having a 1 hour 30 synthetic, these are well over 2 hours

It’s a bit early to leave a review but the last Samsung washer I had was the best washing machine I ever had and outlasted all the previous ones so I hope this one is the same :)
