I was really excited to receive this washing machine, after our last one had a few problems after 10 years of use. It fitted well in the space and has a higher capacity for our family. I have however been somewhat disappointed. Socks and smaller items keep ending up in the rubber sill at the front of the machine which is really frustrating as I then put them through the wash again. I have also found half of pods in the rubber sill that obviously have not fully dissolved. There are lots of things that I do like about it - it is quiet and I like the eco wash option for when I have a bit more time available.

Great washing machine but it does have very long cycle times compared to my old samsung washing machine which I wish id known before buying!

Terrible experience. Whilst spinning makes clanking noise, when pumping water out vibrates, also door glass design very poorly on this socks get stuck by seal wether few items or half full. Whole machine vibrates when spinning. Adjustment on the bottom have been done. Still same issues. I have had Samsung previously no problem. This one is nightmare. One wash lasted for over 6 hours didn't drain water either. I have stopped and placed cloths outside to dry on winter season January.

The Samsung washing machine is a new brand for us so a bit of a leap. Coming from a Miele for 15 years we're looking for reliability and longevity but that will come, hopefully. What we were looking for was a function rich yet easy to use machine that takes a good load and is quiet in all programs. We have had the machine for three weeks now and that is what we have with the bonus of high quality wash standard technology plus things we didn't expect like the Hygiene Steam Cycle and 'Eco-Bubbles' that actually provide great results. So far so good. Down side... The install and instruction manual could be bigger and better.

A replacement for our original Samsung Washing Machine. This model is just as quiet and offers a range of wash cycles that are flexible in that the set cycles can be modified in terms of temperature and spin speed. Not sure why we we want to connect the machine to the internet so haven't bothered with that feature. Looking at the manual the 11kg load should only be used in one program, some of the others state a significantly lower weight

Great washing machine, drum is lovely and big, it's so quiet and plays a awesome tune when finished, which you can hear perfectly. Love the colour to. Easy to use and the app is brilliant. Clothes come out lovely and clean. Great number of cycles to chose from and the quick wash is quick! Brilliant for us. Would highly recommend this washing machine. Good job Samsung.

Washes really well, a vast improvement over our previous machine although that was losing functionality from the day after the 1 year warranty ran out. Quiet in operation, even when spinning at max of 1400 rpm. As we have Samsung phones and TVs we get pop up notifications when the wash is finished and can see how much time is left without going to the machine itself. A 5 year parts and labour warranty if you register the machine is great and 20 years on the main drive motor. The down sides? 2 so far. The first is that although it is supposed to cope with an 11Kg load, it only does so for 2 programmes as far as I can tell. The majority available drop down to 4kg or even 2kg (for the 15 minute wash). Also you need to use the app to access certain types of wash. Oh, one more thing. Not a deal breaker but the advertised 6 months of free Persil was not worth applying for as you only get vouchers for 33% off what you have bought, through cashback.

These washing machines are great. They are the only ones we've owned where the rubber seal around the door doesn't go black. There are plenty of options and the way it adjusts the time according to the load is amazing. It would be five stars but there doesn't seem to be a spin only function anymore.
