It took a little while to get used to (it is very, very different to the Beko it replaced), but since I worked out what made the machine happy it seems to be working fine. However, Samsung's user manual leaves a lot to be desired - so much basic information regarding day-to-day usage is missing (I assume their thinking is "everybody knows how to use a washing machine", but I've noticed very significant operational differences between my new and old one). In addition, some of the washing machine's features can only be accessed via the mobile app.

This is our 2nd Samsung washing machine. This one it replaced was 12 years old. Much quieter in operation and full of technology. You can operate it using your mobile phone.

Great washing machine. Very quiet and washes quickly. Holds 11kg of washing, although you can only fill to this weight on 2 settings so make sure to check. All in all, really happy with the washer.

I can’t believe how quiet this machine is! A full load spinning at 1400rpm and you can have a normal conversation whilst stood next to it! It also looks great and has more than enough programmes to suit everybody’s needs. excellent.

Our last washing machine was a Samsung Ecobubble and it lasted us a long time and was on virtually all the time having three young kids but it started to not wash as well so we decided to get this as it has the 11kg drum size in black to match our kitchen. It was easy to swap over and has loads of different wash cycles to choose from. We haven't tried the wifi capabilities yet as we haven't needed to. But we have done many washes already and the machine is quiet, especially the spin cycles and seems to wash well. The only reason I haven't given it 5 starts is because the plastic finish shows up fingerprints very easily AND they've got rid of the "Daily wash" function that we had on the last machine which was our go to. But they are very very minor details. It's supposed to come with a 5 year Samsung warranty which I've registered but hopefully we won't need to use this.
