Not been used a lot yet, so far ok, small socks get stuck in the door, little bit loud on spin, cleans everything well.

I would say it’s a nice machine but doesn’t spin as well as my previous washing machine (Neff) the clothes come out wetter even on 1400 & small items such as socks get stuck between the drum & the door. Therefore not sure if they are washed properly & come out soaking.

Washes really well, a vast improvement over our previous machine although that was losing functionality from the day after the 1 year warranty ran out. Quiet in operation, even when spinning at max of 1400 rpm. As we have Samsung phones and TVs we get pop up notifications when the wash is finished and can see how much time is left without going to the machine itself. A 5 year parts and labour warranty if you register the machine is great and 20 years on the main drive motor. The down sides? 2 so far. The first is that although it is supposed to cope with an 11Kg load, it only does so for 2 programmes as far as I can tell. The majority available drop down to 4kg or even 2kg (for the 15 minute wash). Also you need to use the app to access certain types of wash. Oh, one more thing. Not a deal breaker but the advertised 6 months of free Persil was not worth applying for as you only get vouchers for 33% off what you have bought, through cashback.

Seems to be a brilliant machine, huge drum makes super king bedding easy and it’s really quiet too, only reason it’s lost a star is the WiFi functionality is a little gimmicky and personally not a fan of the black door on a white machine (but they’re all like that at the moment)… otherwise I well recommend!

Happy so far ,the drum holds lots more than my last machine .I like the adaptability of the quick wash .some programmes seem a bit long but I think a lot of washers are like this and you do have options with this machine

Good product wish washes well. However, there is no individual spin function so clothes are damper than I am used to after completion of rinse and spin. Have to go online to find a good User Manual so it may be a good thing to say so in the description up front

Very happy with my purchase. Good selection of programmes, quiet & cleans clothes very well. Didn’t purchase for the Smart aspect of the product, couldn’t really understand the point, however, it turns out to be really useful. Love the large drum, a game changer for towels & bath mats. Would definitely recommend.

Really quiet, even when spinning. So efficient and spacious compared to our last machine. Only issue is that small items tend to get caught between the door and the drum; they usually get knocked back into the drum, but if there for a while they can’t be getting cleaned as thoroughly.
