This is a great machine but lacks a couple of things. First of all We bought because of the drum size but turns out only 2 of the programs support 11kg. Also really miss the mixed load setting which our old Bosch had, I know another Samsung model has this but it's only a 9kg drum. Not sure it washes quite as well as it claims, had a few soiled items come out of the wash so far but that could be a newbie getting used to this machine. It is however very quiet and seems very eco friendly. Like all new things these days everything you need is online so don't expect a thorough manual to come with it yo have to download it. So far pretty pleased with it, time will tell. Good free 5yr warranty comes with it so make sure it's registered with Samsung.

Over all good washing machine came in good time and the people that dropped it off even took it up the stairs and put it in my kitchen

Great washing machine for heavy loads. Only drawback is there is no spin-only mode. Only a rinse and spin. Even with the app that says spin mode it doesn't work.

This was a replacement for the older (13 years) version. This one is great, the bigger drum has been a game changer for my 5 household. Only gripe is I miss the 15 minute quick wash. Shortest on this is 39. I also miss real buttons, this Digital Touch one annoys me when I’m in a hurry! But would buy again

Wash cycles are hard to get used to but can’t fault the actual machine as seems good. Very hard to find the serial number to register for warranty as it says it has a label but no label can be found anywhere. Love the colour and design.

Good quality and quiet. Has some cheap sounding noises when selecting programs or when cycle finishes.

Good product and plenty of cycles to choose from. Very quiet. One annoying feature is the music/tunes it plays. These can be silenced tho. Only purchased a few weeks ago so can’t comment on reliability. Fingers crossed it lasts as long as my old machine.
