This was a replacement for a previous samsung washer. I haven't tried all of the many features and cycles yet, hence the 4 stars, but I'm very happy with those that I have tried. I was a bit worried it would be a bit too 'high tech' for me, but it really is fairly straightforward. I love the large capacity drum, it makes it so easy to tackle bedding and large family washes. The 1400 spin is really good, and means clothes don't take so long to dry, oh and it looks great too. All in all it seems like I made the right choice. Delivery was a smooth experience, and I was able to choose to pay the extra for a fixed slot, so I could better plan my day.

Very quiet and low energy usage.

Large drum, cleans well, I find the screen difficult to see as it’s digital. Also the programs are long. I miss having a 1 hour 30 synthetic, these are well over 2 hours

Really good washing machine. Quiet, easy to use with a variety of settings. Only disappointment was that it doesn’t have auto wash features. That’s not a game changer as unfortunately you still need to load and unload the clothes! Pleased with the purchase

Samsung do great washing machines. This is no exception. Good, quiet and efficient. My only niggle is that the buttons are more touch than press which means anyone who struggles with touch screens on similar might have to try and bit harder with these than the other Samsungs which have push buttons. Otherwise I’m very happy with the machine.

Very quiet machine, and looks great. Only issue is it being smart and assessing how long a wash takes - could be an hour, could be 4 - you don't know until it's loaded and thought about it. Other than that, it's great- cleans well and loads of options.

Our last washing machine was a Samsung Ecobubble and it lasted us a long time and was on virtually all the time having three young kids but it started to not wash as well so we decided to get this as it has the 11kg drum size in black to match our kitchen. It was easy to swap over and has loads of different wash cycles to choose from. We haven't tried the wifi capabilities yet as we haven't needed to. But we have done many washes already and the machine is quiet, especially the spin cycles and seems to wash well. The only reason I haven't given it 5 starts is because the plastic finish shows up fingerprints very easily AND they've got rid of the "Daily wash" function that we had on the last machine which was our go to. But they are very very minor details. It's supposed to come with a 5 year Samsung warranty which I've registered but hopefully we won't need to use this.

Very quiet and looks pretty good. Touch screen buttons can take some getting used to.
