Seems decent, excellent capacity, reasonably quiet but small items (eg flannels) get trapped in door seal — and so not properly cleaned or dried — during wash, which is a bit of a basic flaw.

Great capacity and runs quietly with lots of cycle options.

The washing machine itself does a great job cleaning large loads and has an excellent spin cycle. It is extremely heavy, but that does mean it is very quiet and doesn't make the house vibrate. Unfortunately, the occasional small item (children's socks in our case) can get trapped between the door and the seal which stops them from being properly washed and spun. This doesn't happen every time, but enough to be frustrating. The smart features do feel a bit gimmicky, but have actually come in handy as we can load the washing machine in the evening and then remotely start it when our energy switches to off peak. Also have no excuses to ignore it when it finishes, as my Samsung TV displays a notification when the cycle is complete!

So far so good. Had to change my cleaning product to work best with the machine that’s the only thing. Got used to the settings now, nice and quiet. Looks good and came with great service.

Very quiet compared to our last machine, especially on the 1400 spin cycle. Only downside is you have to use the app to access lots of programmes and find it's a little inflexible in terms of changing temperature and spin speed. Also doesn't seem to have a remote start option in the app. Good machine though, nice big drum and drawer for detergent is huge.

Very efficient and quiet washing machine. Has wide range of programs but has removed a couple of programs that I used in my old Samsung. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

It looks good and is marginally smaller than our previous 11kg washing machine with more of a compact looking design which makes our small utility room seem that little bit more spacious. It is lighter too making it easier to move around and position. It’s not overly loud but it’s also not that quiet either really (perhaps that extra space has created more of an echo!). But can’t complain about the noise considering the old one was rattling and stomping side to side in its last few months before being replaced by this sleeker upgrade. The settings are easy to use and adjust and the WiFi signal is also stronger than our previous one even when tucked away in this room. I can’t speak for its longevity only having had it for a week but overall and with it’s current delighters, I would recommend.
