The service from AO was good. Overall the machine washes well and communicates with my phone when a cycle is finished, which is what I wanted as it’s not in the kitchen I forgot to look , so now I have a reminder. The reason for the 4 stars is only a couple of cycles work for 11kg of washing, also the cycles seem to be very long. If you want to put on to spin only you have to use the downloaded option on your phone as only rinse and spin option on the machine, finally if you want to send a new command to the machine when it’s finished, like spin only, if you don’t do it instantly the machine turns off and you have to go back to the machine to manually turn it on, that can be frustrating.

Great machine, it is louder than expected but great!

Really good product so far, Only issues I've found is the music doesn't turn off, and if your too near it it automatically turns on and off, and then there's no option to carry on the cycle of the program it was in/on. So you have to restart the whole thing again,

Excellent washing machine. Very quiet, easy to understand, washes and spins very well. Bought to replace my 10 year old Bosch that broke. Very happy so far. Didn't give 5 stars as I think the black rimmed door on a white model is a bit unsightly, but as in a utility room not a real issue - guess that's a cost saving as that door also goes on their black model, 1 door suits all! AO service excellent on all levels btw.

Pleased with item, my last Samsung washing machine which I was very pleased with( now has a home at my son's house as was working fine) seemed to have more settings, the new one has a bigger load capacity.

4 stars only as the previous Samsung only lasted 8years, it get used almost every day on heavy and my daughters ‘not worn’ clothes and my wife’s childminding stuff and real men x2(me & my boy) clothes . Can’t tell which washing powder is best, shop brand or expensive name stuff and that’s probably why I got same brand upgrade.

A replacement for our original Samsung Washing Machine. This model is just as quiet and offers a range of wash cycles that are flexible in that the set cycles can be modified in terms of temperature and spin speed. Not sure why we we want to connect the machine to the internet so haven't bothered with that feature. Looking at the manual the 11kg load should only be used in one program, some of the others state a significantly lower weight

Not been used a lot yet, so far ok, small socks get stuck in the door, little bit loud on spin, cleans everything well.
