Functional and working. However, it's only been 4 months and now the power button has already rubbed off, and the play / pause button had almost gone too.
AO put me in touch with Samsung and Samsung informed me that either I pay for the repair (which they can't telle the cost over the phone) for the hole front panel, or basically I just live with no buttons at all.
Supplying a products that's not up to standard is not covered under the warranty with Samsung.
I wouldn't even mind if they offered some stickers or something, just so I could at least know what does what, but no.... Shocking customer service from Samsung, and no care what so ever.
I can't fault AO they did all they could to help. It's the last time I buy any Samsung product.
Samsung also asked me if I used any chemicals. I informed them we have a 5 month old child so we only use eco products. But again of fell on deaf ears.
Under the consumer rights act this product is not to satisfactory quality, but again Samsung ignore your rights. I don't even wish to have a new machine, but offering me nothing, not even just some simple stickers is an utter disappointment.
