Can't fault it. It is quieter than my old bosch which died a sudden death in the ripe old age of 6.5 years. I like the selection of programs it has and I think it is better getting stains out in the lower temperatures. I haven't tried the steam program yet but was surprised to see that it is not a quick affair - 2 to 2.5 hours. Marked down not for the machine itself but for Samsung support who have been contacted 3 times with simple questions (that in all fairness should be included in the manual) and have failed to provide help. One guy had very poor English, another lady was trying to help with program information without having asked for the model number so had no clue and another one - when he realised he couldn't help - suggested I try it for a few days and call back (probably in the hope that I would speak to someone else). It would be funny if it wasn't so bad from a company like Samsung. On the plus side, everyone from AO were SUPER, especially Fanny who even called back to make sure it was all ok the next day.

Love the features with this washing machine. Much better than my old machine. Marked as 4 stars due to eco rating on the smaller drum and the eco bubble function not quite hitting the stains as expected.

I bought this to replace a Bosch washer. It is difficult getting used to a new model. It washes well and is very VERY quiet. Unless I am not used to it yet I think the Bosch is more controllable re reducing time on some programmes. The 1400 spin is great especially for towels.

Very quiet, easy to use and washes really well, what more could you want? Possibly shorter cycle options (30 or 60mins) there’s a 15min wash but that’s literally just for freshening up.

Seems a great product after some initial uses! Short 15 minute clean is a great one as well to use.

Super quiet don’t even know it’s on also tells you on each setting how long the cycle is on for even added or removing other settings Timer is a bonus so can get washing washed and ready to dry for when you wake up also the spin is brilliant as takes a lot of the water out the clothes leaving them not as heavy and quick to dry Brilliant washer all round just 1 or 2 minor things but that’s it

Decent looking washing machine that does the job pretty well. Very easy to setup. One slight issue is with the list of programs, there is a 15 min speed wash which is fine but it inevitably leaves you wondering if the clothes are going to be properly cleaned in that period - it seems like they are. The eco wash lasts about 2.5 hours which is a long time so whilst you do have the option, it's not viable if you want to do it quickly. It has a slightly annoying jingle when it finishes the wash, though I think you can turn this off.
