Good service - decent product

3/5
I recently bought the above washing machine for the property I am renting. It wasn't my choice, but the landlord's. Teh washing machine is decent, quite noisy though. Also the drain hose had a small hole and was leaking water when draining. I think you get what you pay for. But the AO service was very good, good communication, delivery times being kept also.

The spin is LOUD

3/5
Love this machine. Bought two of them over recent years (house moves; they didn't break). They look great. Easy to use. Quick cycles and time adjusted cycles that work around how heavy your load is. What I didn't realise is that the more expensive models do not sound like a UFO is landing on the house when they spin. They have antivibration features. This model is LOUD. And we made the mistake of putting it in an upstairs utility room and it honestly makes the whole house rattle when it spins at the end of the cycle. So... if you're planning to put this at the back of the house or somewhere where noise and vibration doesn't matter, on a solid concrete floor, then it's great, but if you're worried about cracks in the walls or waking the baby, then try the next model up..

A little noisy

Looks great and washes well but makes quite a lot of humming noise. Bought with 5 year warranty but so far no instructions on how to set this up.

Bit too high tech for me

3/5
Bought this machine after 36 years and two Zanussi machines later. I found out that I cannot wash single items as the sensors in the machine may not pick up the weight hence the item will come out water logged; and that was my first experience which did not make me happy. The engineer was called out and he further explained this to me. Lots of programmes, which are very long. The wash is great and the spin also, just ensure there is more than one item. Would I buy again - no. Saying this, the price was reasonable. I just need a machine that does the work without all 'the singing and dancing technology',

Good at first. ...

Good at first. Now makes a loud banging noise when it doesn't touch anything. Friend said the washing wasn't balanced inside on a fast spin

Good looking product, could be better

Although this machine is aesphetically pleasing, it’s drawback is the noise it makes. Even though it is in our utility room it can still be heard around the house. It is also easy to use. Would I recommend it, for the price... No.

Very happy so far

4/5
Firstly, this machine looks lovely, especially compared to my 12 year old previous machine. It’s quieter than my old washing machine and so far seems to actually wash the clothes better. The only thing I am not so ken on is the length of the general cotton wash. It’s so long. However, it does adjust length according to weight of laundry. I like the way it remembers the last programmed settings. Handy if you like the way you have set it up. I have yet to discover all of it’s many features.

Good product

Only used it a few times but quiet and cleans well, all good so far, easy to use install and use, plenty of wash programs
