Excellent machine, once I could figure out how to use it. There is a tutorial but only available the first time you switch it on and, as the fitter had already done so, I wasn't able to use it. It doesn't come with a manual, just a quick start sheet, so had to download one off the website and that got me going. The auto dose and bubble soak both work well,but I have yet to try the steam option. The best feature, however, has to be the ability to add forgotten items without opening the door. Very useful.

Works very well. Can be a little frustrating to set the right program options. Quiet. Great value for money.

Still figuring it all out though so far ao good. It sings when you turn it on and when it's finished. It a smart looking machine and i quiet. I've used the hygiene stwqm on my unuform and althiugh it a long cycle it needs to be. No mote trying to work out how much detergent and softener ro put in cos it works it all out for you i'm so pleased i bought it

Overall pleased with the washing machine, only had 2 weeks so I cannot comment on longevity. My last 2 washing machines from different brands have not lasted long at all so I thought id buy a more expensive (and hopefully better quality one) The washing machine looks good visually and has some great functions in, pre programmed. The Auto dose (which puts in as much washing liquid as needed) is brilliant and my clothes are coming out lovely and clean. It is also relatively quiet. You can also add more clothes in the wash once its started, a god send for pesky socks that fall out of the basket on the way to the wash. The front panel is very sensitive,.. my machine is in the cellar so I cant brush past it easily, but if it was in the kitchen, this would be a pain as it turns off instantly. Its not the easiest thing to work out and I haven't yet found out how to change the temp or spin cycle manually or put on the delay timer which is a great function from my old machine I used none stop, so I think it could be made a bit simpler. I'm not personally going to use the app, but you can connect using WIFI if you are that way inclined! Overall I would recommend this machine.

Smart looking machine and very quiet. Early days but very happy with our purchase. Just have to remember to buy liquid detergent as it has automatic dosing

Great machine - not every program takes 2 hours or more! Easy to use. Disappointed that I can’t find a spin and drain only option. But overall pleased
