A lot of different programs / options with little information about what each program / option does so some experimenting needed. Mostly using superspeed program which washes clothes well in under an hour. Some of the other programs (especially those using AI) can take nearer 3 hours. Very quiet and, most importantly, does what it's meant to - washes your clothes. I think 5-year warranty makes the price worth it.

First impressions are very good. The Autodose and "AI" sensors work well. A very quiet machine. Connection with SmartThings app simple but fairly basic. Notification when finished on TV and Alexa works well.

nice machine - super quite and as easy or as difficult to use as you desire . Shame no paper instructions .. have to go online ( lost a star for that )

Great washing machine. Wanted one where there were some shorter cycles than other brands. I was not disappointed. Superspeed cycle hits the mark for me as well as the cotton cycle. So easy to work with digital display. Clothes come out clean and refreshed. Definitely recommend this product

Does what it is meant to do!

It is the best washing machine I have ever had Super quiet and I love the feature that allows you to fill up on detergent etc for a number of washes. I am not sure about the app but will give it a try later Really really good and the spin is excellent One tip when registering for the 5 year guarantee. The Serial number is on the back so get it before the machine is slide in as boy is it heavy, It is not on the front as my previous one

Really good product and energy efficient.

Great machine - leaves our clothes smelling fresh and feeling clean. Love all the different cycle options, and the fact it links up to an app is so handy. The melody when your washing is finished is quite sweet too.
