First floor, the service from AO and the advisors has been first class and it’s a good job because the machine has been exchanged and we are on our third replacement. The machine suffers from technical problems with the self dosing and it appears to be a design fault. The service from Samsung is atrocious, and it was only with the intervention of AO that the replacement machines were supplied. Given a chance again, I would not buy a Samsung machine. And I certainly wouldn’t buy one of the high-tech machines. Once again, many thanks to the customer service team at AO

This is a decent product, but it takes a bit of getting used to. The digital interface is all very modern, and the settings are very customisable - but it means you'll probably need to spend some time fiddling and experimenting. Once you've worked out your favourite settings and programs, and saved them, it gets easier. And the machine remembers which programmes you tend to use and puts them at the top of the list for you. The mobile phone app is pretty good, and it's useful to see the progress of your wash. The big benefit is being able to put through a 40 degree wash in less than 30 minutes. And with the mixed load setting you can do a 60 degree wash in about an hour. The auto dosing of detergent and conditioner seemed like a good idea, but I find I need to turn the settings on or off for different washes, which is another thing to remember. I was getting through loads more conditioner than usual at first, until I realised I need to change the dosing and water hardness settings. However, on balance, it's a very good machine. One last thing... thankfully, it's possible to turn off the awful little tune which serves as the end-of-cycle alarm! That may well be the first thing you do! :)

Great washing machine. Really quiet and fab service from AO as always.

Bought as a replacement for my broken Samsung which I had for 9 years. I decided on this newer model because it auto doses and has other great features such as AI and I can set the machine to programme the settings I use most often without going through the whole programmes. I is very quiet when running and energy efficient. It was a good choice.

Good product, quiet running, good number of programs and easy to use

It works like a charm, so quite and it's very easy to use. I love the fact that the dryer and washer talk to each other.
