Excellent service from AO zero points for Samsung

First floor, the service from AO
and the advisors has been first class and it’s a good job because the machine has been exchanged and we are on our third replacement. The machine suffers from technical problems with the self dosing and it appears to be a design fault. The service from Samsung is atrocious, and it was only with the intervention of AO that the replacement machines were supplied.
Given a chance again, I would not buy a Samsung machine. And I certainly wouldn’t buy one of the high-tech machines. Once again, many thanks to the customer service team at AO
